Most of us build our businesses backward. We document processes, hire help, and choose platforms, all without ever naming what we actually believe. That's not a values problem, it's a sequence problem, and it's one of the biggest gaps I see in small business leadership. Systems built without a named belief underneath them still reflect a belief. It's just unconscious, and unconscious beliefs show up inconsistently.
